Whispers of Serenity: A Timeless Sanctuary in Abu Dhabi
This project blends Omani and Lamu influences with modern sophistication, emphasizing light, texture, and carefully selected materials—including bespoke modern furniture with subtle traditional accents—to create an atmosphere of quiet luxury and timeless tranquility.

Catwalk - First Floor

The entrance of the villa greets you with a striking simplicity that speaks volumes through its elegant design. The understated beauty of the space is highlighted by the soft glow of carefully placed lighting that form arches on the ceiling, subtly guiding the way. Two clay vases stand as timeless accents, anchoring the space with their organic forms and earthy tones. In its simplicity, this entrance creates an immediate sense of calm and warmth, offering a quiet yet powerful introduction to the villa’s harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. Each element, though minimal, has been thoughtfully chosen to evoke a sense of refined elegance, where less truly becomes more.

Central Courtyard - Pool

The traditional courtyard at the heart of the villa serves as a peaceful retreat, offering both privacy and a connection to nature. It reflects the historical significance of the courtyard as a place of gathering, reflection, and serenity, reinterpreted through a contemporary design language.

The courtyard concept was originally developed by another lead interior designer; my role involved translating the concept into detailed design and coordinating its execution.
